Hi, I’m Lizanne Rangel, and my journey in healthcare has been driven by a deep passion for both patient care and education. I completed my BSc in Nursing from VMRF College of Nursing in 2013 and started my career at Apollo Victor Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in providing quality medical care.

Over the years, I transitioned into healthcare education, working as an instructor at RMSA and INE Bambolim, Goa. Teaching future healthcare professionals made me realise the need for specialised training for nurses who aspire to work abroad. This led me to co-found Metier Grise Academy in 2022, where we offer OET/IELTS training tailored exclusively for nurses, helping them achieve their dreams of building careers overseas.

My vision for quality healthcare services in Goa inspired me to establish MG Care in 2024 – a dedicated elder care and home healthcare service that ensures compassionate and professional support for seniors in the comfort of their homes.

As a Social Entrepreneur, I’m committed to bridging the gaps in healthcare education and elder care, empowering nurses, and improving the lives of our ageing community. This journey is just beginning, and I’m excited to keep making a difference!
